Stewart Milne Homes is an independent house builder, selling homes across Scotland and North West England. One of our longstanding digital clients, we work closely with the Stewart Milne Homes team to keep their digital strategy, and results, ahead of the curve.
BIG’s brief is to deliver a multi-channel digital campaign to drive brand awareness, grow traffic to the website and generate enquiries.
PPC advertising reaches our target audience while they search online for a new home in the locations of developments. We use a data-driven approach; leaning heavily on high intent search terms to serve ads to a captive audience at peak conversion times to deliver a cost-effective, lead generation strategy.
We promote the Stewart Mine Homes brand across social media platforms, making use of organic and paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Flexible ad formats are used to drive leads, website traffic and encourage footfall. We also deliver on-going SEO of the Stewart Milne website, improving rankings key terms.
